1. Services

Thomas Removals provides domestic and commercial removal services, packing services, and specialist item transport across South Wales and the United Kingdom. All services are subject to these terms.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The quoted price is final and includes all labour, transport, and equipment unless otherwise stated. Additional services requested on the day of the move may incur extra charges, which will be agreed before work begins.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed once a date is agreed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Insurance and Liability

All moves are covered by comprehensive goods-in-transit insurance and public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, we will arrange repair or replacement at our cost. Claims must be reported within 7 days of the move.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly identified before the move begins. Valuable items such as jewellery, cash, and important documents should be transported personally. Customers must ensure adequate parking and access at both the collection and delivery addresses.

6. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport hazardous materials, flammable substances, explosives, illegal items, or perishable goods. If such items are found among your belongings, we reserve the right to refuse transport.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash.

8. Disputes

Any disputes should be raised directly with Thomas Removals at Jethomas094@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all issues within 14 working days.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
